1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nourex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2 Account Registration

To use Nourex, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3 Use of the Service

Nourex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

Nourex offers both free and premium subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

5 Intellectual Property

The Nourex platform, including its design, logos, branding, software, AI models, and content, is the exclusive property of Nourex and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or extract any source code, unless applicable law expressly permits it.

6 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within Nourex (habits, tasks, journal entries, goals). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

7 Community Guidelines

When participating in Nourex Clubs and community features, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness.
• Refrain from posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Avoid spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation without approval.
• Report any violations or concerns to our moderation team.

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from community features.

8 Limitation of Liability

Nourex is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Nourex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nourex provides AI-powered coaching and recommendations for informational purposes only. These are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except as required by law.
